Do we provide breakfast?
Yes, we have teamed with Jakes in Harrogate, who have designed a bespoke continental hamper suitable for parties of 2 or 4.

Do we provide cots & high chairs?
Yes, at all three buildings.

Do we provide camp beds?
Yes, this is subject to a £20 supplement charge.

Are the apartments cleaned?
Yes bookings spanning more than 5 nights receive a free of charge clean and bed linen charge. Guests staying for less than five nights can book a clean but this is chargeable.

Do you have twin beds available?
Yes, we have twin beds available in the 2nd bedrooms at both Duchy and York Road.

What size beds do we provide?
All beds are King size.

What is included in the room price?
We provide Betty's tea and coffee, water and milk in the kitchen. In the bathroom there is an array of complimentary Ren products for cleansing and bathing. We can arrange for a Grazing pack for your arrival, which includes yummy luxury food items.

Disabled access
We have apartments available at ground level in all three buildings. There are no lifts available.

Does each apartment have a shower and bath?
All apartments have a bath and a shower. All apartments at Duchy House and York Road have en suites as well as house bathrooms.

Where do we collect our keys?
All keys must be collected from the Lawrance reception located on Kings Road in Harrogate.

Can we bring pets?
Prior permission must be granted from the Lawrance management and is subject to a surcharge to cover extra cleaning costs.

Is there room service available?
Yes, we have a fantastic room service menu, supplied by Brio Italian restaurant located just downstairs.

Is there car parking available?
At Duchy House there are two spaces per apartment, at One York Road there is one space per apartment and at Kings House there are two available spaces but these are provided on a strict fist come, first served basis, however there is ample on-street car parking directly opposite us which is free of charge after 6pm.

Do you provide a sound system?
Yes, you have the option of plugging your ipod into the docking station or playing CD's in the playstation.

Are the buildings far from Harrogate Town Centre?
Kings House is within Harrogate town centre and Duchy and York Road are only a 5/10 minute stroll.
