The Lawrance at Kings House is located on Kings Road opposite the Harrogate International Conference Centre. Our other 2 locations York House and Duchy House are within a 7 minute walk. Our locations mean you can walk to your meeting, conference or exhibition without having to worry about parking and timing.
Used daily by business travellers either using the Harrogate International Conference Centre or The Yorkshire Event Centre or those with business in Yorkshire. The luxury serviced suites and apartments are individual and beautifully designed and furnished giving the luxury of a 5 star hotel and the convenience of an indulgent home from home.
Different from a hotel in terms of offering – choose from a studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom.Each apartment has fully equipped kitchens, beautiful living areas and luxurious bathrooms. Many of our guests use living spaces and dining areas as office space or a great place for meetings and interviews.
The apartments have been designed with the single business traveller in mind to use studio apartments and 1 bedrooms . The 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are used as excellent alternative to booking individual hotel rooms for those keeping an eye on budget and colleagues needing to share an apartment. Some of our apartments have the option for twin beds and all two bedroom apartments have a bathroom per bedroom.
Our apartments are extremely well lit around the outside of the buildings offering safe and secure access.
We provide many of the same services as a hotel over our 3 properties in terms of house keeping, laundry, concierge and room service which is offered at Kings House.
Each apartment has complimentary wi-fi and free parking on request.

Boardroom
The Lawrance at Kings House has a fully equipped private boardroom complete with wi-fi and a luxury kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities. The boardroom is available for hourly, full day or half day meeting room use.

Staying for Longer
The Lawrance offers guests the chance to be part of a select community in prestigious addresses, with instant access to Harrogate and perfectly positioned for Menwith Hill. Stays can be from 1 night up to several weeks or months at a time.
